This doesn't really relate to this specifically but it made me remember what my mom said last night. She said, "I don't feel competitive with your dad at all." It wasn't even really a conversation about marriage but it made me realize how many disagreements and arguments I have with my husband that come down to competitiveness. Maybe it does relate, in that its the opposite. We can either choose to help each other or compete.
