Me from Eagles View wins her choice of a book thong. Congratulations!
I love love these fabulous things. I'd highly encourage you all to head on over and get yourself (and your friend!) one. There are even a few new designs since last week!

Yesterday was completely awesome and totally busy. I started off my day hanging out with Crash who was in town and threw a fabulous bloggy lunch. She was totally adorable, sweet and just so....I dont know, squeezable! It was fun to have previously met Jillybean and Kristina so I knew a few familiar faces. I sat next to Barbaloot (who is a hoot), Shelle, Kristina and Nutty. I didnt get to visit very long with the ladies at the other side of the table but they were all so fun. We definitely got our fair share of stares.
Crash's family also dropped in to say hi so we got to meet her hubby, super model daughter, and her mother and father in law. Right as we were leaving Crash's rockstar brother stopped in to get autographs of everyone. Oh and how could I almost forget? Crash gave us all Hawaiin sandle keychains, fortune cookies and I even got to try a super yummy tim tam (although we didn't slim slam but I'm ok with that).

Straight from leaving the Olive Garden I headed up to Mimi's Cafe at top speed to meet Erin from If you Give a Mom a Moment at her lunch where I had just had a delicious rasberry mouse dessert. Erin is awesome! Super friendly, sincere and sweet. I'm kinda sad I'm practically completely cut out from this picture but at least my eyes barely made it in there.
I knew everyone at my end of the table since I'd been following most of their blogs for a while. Sherri, Motherboard, Britney, Jillybean and Kristina (yes a few of us went to both lunches) were so fun to talk to. We had some good laughs, some interesting topics and some helpful hints. I really can't wait for the next one. I feel like I'm just starting to get to know these great ladies.
Luckily there was an empty seat at the other end of the table so I went out of my comfort zone a bit and went over and sat down to get to know the rest of the ladies. There was Boob Nazi (LOVE her name! If anyone of you know my Xbox name you'd understand a bit), Eagles View, Wonder woman, Erin of course~, Lyons Tale, Jillene, Mama Loves Shoes, Gardening With Miss Daisy. The visit with them was much to short but it was good to say hi and get to meet more fabulously sweet blogger friends!

After lunch I headed to my moms house where I was hosting a book club. Sydney Salter who wrote My Big Nose and Other Natural Disasters was sweet enough to agree to come hang out with us. I met her at a library event and she was so kind I couldn't wait to introduce her to my friends. We played a fun game about highschool (her book is about high school, growing up, crushes) where I handed out fun prizes like a car for the craziest crash/ticket story or subway gift card for the craziest diet story or packs of gum for first kiss stories.
Then we all got to ask Sydney some questions about her book, her writing, the industry, her upcoming books (Jungle Crossing and Swoon at Your Own Risk). It was a great night. Proven by the fact that we all stuck around to laugh some more when it was done. My sister was kind enough to make this gorgeous wedding cake (the main character works at a Wedding Cake/Flower shop). I'm super sad I didn't get a big group picture so I had to borrow this one of Sydney from her website.

You were a busy girl yesterday! I'm so glad we had more of a chance to chat and talk to each other.
You are so funny and adorable.
Book Club was totally awesome. You know how to throw a party! Thanks again to Sydney for her insight!
I am seriously jealous of your action packed dawn to dusk day. I need to come out to Utah to visit all these great ladies. I love your X-Box Debbie today. She is a cutie just like you.
I missed two bloggy lunches! Bummer...I need to get out in blogland more!!
Oh man, that book group was SO MUCH FUN! Thanks for inviting me, I really enjoyed it. It was fun to sit around and chat afterward.
It looks like you had a lot of fun at your lunches!
The book club party was great fun. I really enjoyed meeting Sydney. I was sad we didn't get a picture either. We're getting so distracted by the fun we have at these things that we forget. ;) Thanks for throwing the party!
First of all...
WAHHHHH! I WON? I won!! THANK YOU! I'm sooo excited!!
Secon...
Talk about being busy! I'm glad you came out of your comfort zone and came down to my end of the table. I was looking forward to meeting you!! It was a great lunch!
I'm kind of bummed I missed both lunches. I have a good excuse, but still. . .
What a crazy day for you! Your husband must be awesome.
I'm jealous you made it to both lunches---but glad I was at one of the ones you made it too:)
You kids are darling! And is that a picture of you and your husband at homecoming? How awesome that you've known each other that long!
It was fun to meet you! I really wish we would have had more time to visit. You had a very full weekend (or at least Saturday). I'm glad the book club went well too.
Debbie your world is jam packed with good times. I had a blast at book club. Syndey is darling I'm so glad you invited her to come talk to us. The life of an author is fascinating to me. Imagine writing to get out your frustration instead of whittling hours away wasting time playing Solitaire.
I love love your site! and that pic of you and your husband is SOOOOO cute! I wish we had one like that that looked so adorable!
Your kids are gorgeous!!! GORGEOUS!!!
It was so fun to officially meet you! :)
So glad I got to meet you on Saturday. Can't wait to read more. You are so fun!
I'm green green GREEn with envy! (Good thing green looks good on me!)
Wow! I wish I lived in Utah to be so close to all these bloggers! I don't think there's any close to where I live, darn!
Sounds like a fun awesome filled day!
