That's such a cool tree. I love all the knots and roots. Good capture and eye!

This makes me miss the east coast. they have the best trees because it's so wet there the roots don't have to go deep into the soil. They can stay right up at the surface. Love that.

Great picture!

How do you find all these cool things? I probably walk by them all the time, and don't notice how beautiful it is.

Very cool.

I always love the way it looks when trees grow together!

It looks like people entwined together. Very human, in a strange sort of way!

Very Tristan and Isolde. =] It does looks like hands clasped together at various places. All knarled and white knuckled. (Well, bark-knuckled)

That doesn't look like it's real. Very cool. You have a great eye for detail.

Debbie - I'm a good friend of Brodi's and have perused your blog from time to time. It's great! She and I were talking blog smack and I mentioned I wanted to set up a "you might also like" at the end of each of my posts. Brodi said - "OH! My cousin can tell you how!" Can you help? And is it way too complicated to tell me in an email? I'm still feeling a bit blog illiterate. You can email Brodi for my gmail address. If you have time to help, I would surely appreciate it! Or feel free to post a comment on my blog with the mechanics. Thank you!
